Justice (right) and Injustice (wrong)
Justice and injustice, right and wrong, are topics special to judicial oratory. Prior to consulting these topics as places for generating arguments, it was necessary to ascertain the status or stasis of the case, the point at issue, and to consider the special topics suggested during that process.
